New: Platiscan Optical Inspection System

Together with Amarant-Software we have designed an Optical Inspection System. This solution runs on a standard IBM-PC on the MS Windows operating system and uses a standard consumer camera for image aquisition.

- Incircuit-Test -
Based on your requirements and specifications we will write
Incircuit Test Programs for a fixed price.

- Flash- and On-Board-Programming -
On-board Programming of Flash-Memories, PLDs (Programmable Logic Devices),
uP-embedded memory and EEPROMs is a requirement for modern electronics production
that we have developed fast and effective algorithms and procedures for.

- Boundary Scan / Temento -
Boundary Scan on the Incircuit-Tester is a rampin-up hot issue. Now we have expanded our spectrum towards-Stand-Alone BScan Testing through the French JTAG-company Temento.

- Fixturing -
We do not build fixtures ourselves but being a turn-key provider, we can assure that
quality is always at the highest standards for programs and fixtures.

- Functional Test -
We have about 10 years of experience in Functional Test on the Agilent 3070, incl.
Fixturing, external instrumentation and implementing of fixture hardware.

- Training and On-Site Consulting -
If required we offer to come to your site to work on your Agilent Testprogramms
(ICT, Functional Test or AOI) as Training or On-Site-Consulting. This covers the issues: Development of your programs Training of your programmers Onsite Production Support

- Testing of Boards -
We do offer to test your boards on our 3070 testsystems. We have experienced production technicians together with the test- and repair environment to offer that service.
